01

Using the products

You may use Great Ordinary products for personal or authorized business purposes. Do not misuse a product, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

02

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or provide. You give us only the limited permission needed to process content through a feature you request. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you provide.

03

Estimates and generated output

Nutrition estimates, transcriptions, calculations, and other generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are tools for everyday use, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Review important output before relying on it.

04

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features purchased through Apple are billed and managed by the App Store. Prices, trial terms, renewal details, cancellation, and refunds follow the offer shown at purchase and Apple's applicable terms. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

05

Availability and changes

We work to keep the products useful and dependable, but features may change and service interruptions can occur. We may update or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, including for security, reliability, or legal reasons.

06

Warranty and responsibility

Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Great Ordinary is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of a product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

07

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the products evolve. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
