Information our apps handle

Each app handles only the information needed for its job. That may include notes, activity records, meal photos and nutrition estimates, speech or teleprompter content, settings, and purchase status.

Where an app is described as local-first, its primary library remains on your device. Optional Apple services such as iCloud or StoreKit are governed by your Apple account and Apple's privacy terms.

Service providers

Some features may send the content you choose to process to a service provider—for example, an analysis or transcription service. The app identifies those features before use. We use providers to perform the requested operation, not to sell advertising profiles.

Purchases and diagnostics

Apple processes App Store purchases. We may receive subscription status and limited transaction identifiers needed to unlock paid features. If an app offers diagnostics, crash reports, or usage measurements, they are used to maintain reliability and understand feature health.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate a feature, when you direct us to, or when required by law. Service data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the operation, security, or legal obligation involved.

Your choices

You can stop using an online feature, remove local app data by deleting it in the app or removing the app, and manage iCloud or subscription settings through Apple. Product-specific controls and notices take precedence where they provide more detail.

We may update this policy as the apps change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
